All cabins are rented on a WEEKLY BASIS ONLY, Saturday to Saturday

NOTE: In the event you need to rent for less than a week (off season only; summer season requires full week rental), please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Minimum of three night rental required and the nightly rate will increase to $129 (plus taxes and fees) for The Eagle's Nest and to $149 (plus taxes and fees) for The Montana Cabin.

To secure a reservation an initial security/damage deposit of $300 is required. Please note, this is in addition to any rental fees, taxes, and cleaning fee...This deposit will be refunded (via original form of payment) after check-out (and inspection of the cabin.) NOTE: The above rates DO NOT include a 7% Montana Occupancy Tax or a one-time cleaning fee of $50 per rental period. (All rates are in U.S. Dollars.)

The above rates are in addition to your initial security/damage deposit which will be refunded after check-out.

Because we've had so much interest to our website from outside the United States, we've provided a foreign currency conversion program for estimating your overall rate in foreign currency - we've provided a currency converter below - The $791.51 default value would be for two guests at The Montana Cabin ($693.00), plus 7% ($48.51) Montana accommodations tax, and your $50.00 cleaning fee - Note that all payments are required in U.S. currency - and you can place any amount in the "box" based on your actual rental rates for the cabin rented - Note: For The Eagle's Nest (for two) just place $641.71 in the amount box:

By using this service, you agree to be bound by the terms of use agreement.

Check-In Time anytime after 3:00 p.m. for all cabins.

Check-Out Time anytime before 10:00 a.m.

Holiday Rental dates are shown as "Holiday" on the "Available Dates" page.

Additional guest charge applies to each additional guest, including children. For infants under the age of TWO this additional charge does not apply.

In the event you're paying via check and your requested rental date has been "rented" prior to receipt of your deposit, we will contact you immediately for alternative rental dates. If the available rental dates are unacceptable, your deposit will be promptly returned. The preferred method of payment is via credit card as this ensures that your rental date is reserved immediately.

Final Payments are required 45 days prior to your check-in date for a normal rental and 60 days prior to your check-in date for holiday rentals. Please see our Q & A page for information on our "refund" policies. Final payments are refundable, ONLY in the event that we're able to re-rent your reserved week, or weeks. By submitting your deposit, or final payment, you're indicating that you're fully aware of our refund policies as listed on the Q & A page of this website and that you agree to "payment in full" in the event we're unable to re-rent your previously reserved week or weeks. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask "prior" to placing your deposit or final payment.

If paying within the above final payment schedule, your full payment for rental, 7% tax, cleaning fee, and security/damage deposit is required to lock in rental dates.

The website calendar is updated automatically upon a deposit being placed by credit card. After placing a deposit - you may need to hit "refresh" to view/see the updated calendar. This calendar is AUTOMATICALLY kept up-to-date.

When finished reviewing the calendar - you can "click" on the Reservations hyperlink at the bottom of the Calendar page to proceed to the Reservations area.

NOTE: When making a reservation, you will only be able to place a deposit on a date that is currently showing available in the "Reservations" area - Please DO NOT make any plans (airplane tickets, rental cars, etc) until you have received a "transaction receipt" confirming your payment for rental.
